One the front side, Groupify makes it easy for anyone to start and join a group. The real power lies in the backend. The dashboard gives you and your staff access to manage all the details about every group.
The Dashboard
This section gives you a quick overview of: Groups Booked, Group Members, Tickets Sold, Next Deposit, Revenue and list of Upcoming Groups.
The Dashboard
Allows you to search by individual order or by group name. You can see how many are in each group, size of the group, group leader's name & email address and date they are coming. Every report can be exported out to excel.
Group Report
Shows you every person in the group, the ticket and any options each person purchased. The resort can also mark when a ticket has been redeemed. For resorts using bar code redemption, those can accessed in case customer doesn't bring the receipt.
